Chris Benson | Director of Photography
Chris Benson is the Director of Photography at Jamestown Associates.
Chris is a creative professional filmmaker with two decades of experience as an editor, producer, and cinematographer. Over the past twenty years, Chris has produced, filmed, and edited dozens of TV and digital advertising campaigns for political clients around the country. He has also served as Director of Photography on countless films, commercials, documentaries, and other productions for entertainment industry giants like Paramount Pictures and the Syfy Channel.
As an independent filmmaker, Chris has worked on a wide range of feature films, including the Oscar-nominated feature, “Up in the Air,” directed by Jason Reitman, and the Emmy Award-winning short “Full Circle,” among others. Chris has lectured on the topic of film and production at Webster University, his alma mater, and has filmed music videos for iconic artists like Nelly, Chingy, Murphy Lee, Lil Wil, Yo Gotti, and Richard Marx.
